They don’t take returns or make exchanges. Poor quality
They do NOT take returns. I bought 7 pairs. Only one was a perfect sandal. I loved them. The beige boots had two different zippers, one black and one tan. The black boots were too narrow. I just wanted to exchange/return. The black dress shoes had a strap that was an inch too short and would not fasten. Both dress shoes had a nontraditional way of fastening. They use a hook. The winter boots were more like house shoes. The white sandals were two sizes too large. The strap was cheaply sewn. Ravels we’re all over them. They would not have held up in normal ware. They looked like they came from a dollar store. Addendum to my original post. We emailed everyday for two weeks back and forth. I have about 20 pictures and emails in which i received responses such as we will reimburse you 10 percent. Never an option to return shoes that were not satisfactory.
