Profile pending for a long time. Pages are looping.
Profile page shows a blank, white page. When attempting to check out with a subscription, it shows that they have my info from singpass but it's pending. Clicking on continue button goes into a loop instead of taking you back to the product page or home.
Still pending after a long while.

Their booking could not be changed…
Their booking could not be changed online even though it was advertised as being flexible and able to change online. They gave me numbers to contact them that were invalid. I contacted one of the numbers, which was an outsourced team in Philippines and they said their system is broken. Then they referred me to another Expedia number, which was again invalid.
