I have been transferred from Neat to Rapyd. Totally incomprehensible UI, unable to make a transaction and no way of communicating with the company. Remarkable levels of incompetence and, frankly, negligent behaviour. I suspect every company that has been transferred is unable to actually operate. Avoid them at all costs. I wish we had. Neat staff - could you please step in?
