Horrible is an understatement. I had to give up so many of my items, as it'll cost me more to divert it somewhere else, or even to return to sender! The amount of money spend on my items and all I can do is to see it go to waste, my other orders also cost so much to ship over! Total rip off! You guys should just shut down this operation!!!!
