HELLOOOO CANNOT GET THROUGH🤔
I’m only giving it 3 stars because I had placed an order February 2nd 2020 & went to check on my order yesterday and today and it keeps booting me out telling me my email /password is not correct! Then I try customer service ~and to even get into that page was frustrating ~I couldn’t get through no matter how many times I put in the special codes. I read other reviews that were not good and it scared me ~that’s why I kept checking to see if my orders were really in route etc. if DHgate existed. But, I cannot cannot cannot get through to anything or anybody and it’s claiming my account isn’t even valid? HELOOO/HELP is all I can say to Customer service!
