If I could give zero stars I would--what a FARCE!
If I could give zero stars, I would! WHAT A SCAM! Originally saw a really pretty dress advertised on FaceBook, in which I thought to myself that I had to have it. Purchasing was easy, received it fairly quickly. HOWEVER, then upon receipt, the dress' quality did NOT match AT ALL to what was shown on the pictures on the website. The stitching was HORRENDOUS! When I went to email them for a refund, then came the 30+ emails between us lasting for over 2 months' time now. Each email was offering me a ridiculous credit towards a new purchase, to which I said NO, I WANT A FULL REFUND less the shipping amount. I was finally able to get their agreement to it, so I shipped it via USPS with tracking. They never got back to me when I said the order was received, and finally they did. They then said they'd only offer a portion of the amount because they were charged in China's Customs! That's not acceptable, because that's not what we agreed to. I told them they had 48 hours to initiate the credit or I would involve my credit card company... well guess what, I just disputed the charge with my Citi Card, and am leaving this review in hopes it saves everyone time, money and mega frustration when purchasing fromthem!!!
