Refused Refund for Keys that Don't Work
'onlinekey service' website says: “Our Windows 8.1 Standard online key sale gives you the best prices but with 150% guarantee. Money Back Refund Guarantee in case the key code you purchase or download link does not work.” The keys they sent me didn’t work on my program because, it turns out that, even though I selected Windows 8.1 Standard to download, what got installed was Windows 8.1 Pro. So I wrote to 'onlinekey service' with an attached Screenshot proving that I had the wrong program for the keys they sent me. However, they ignored my repeated request for a refund, even though I had proven the keys wouldn’t work and they had promised a refund in that case. Furthermore, I also found that their competitors sell those keys for less than $9, about ¼ of what 'onlinekey service' charges.
