Good communucation
Communication was great via WhatsApp and bilingual (English and Putonghua). The flower arrangement that was designed was beautiful and aligned with expectations. The florist that the arrangement was organised through unfortunately called the receipient the day earlier to query how they would like their arrangement delivered, and so the "surprise" was taken away, but I informed Pandoraflora of this and they have said that they will speak with the florist and this us not usual practice.
