AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COST - STILL NO REFUND AFTER 4 MONTHS!!! Booked 3 tickets on 11/11, thinking I was on Aegean Airlines website (my fault, but website looks so much identical). Immediately cancelled and am supposed to get reimbursed +800 EUR. We're on 30/12, still no reimbursement, they pretend the airline has the money. And guess what, when booking directly through the airline website, it's cheaper. SCAM COMPANY, ZERO ADDED VALUE. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVO On 31/12, reply from eSky (from Magda): Hi, We will process your refund as soon as we receive it from the airline. All refunds are processed on a first come first served basis, so please be patient. Best regards, Magda When I check previous reviews: I have left previous reviews and will… I have left previous reviews and will continue to do so until ESky return my money ie over £700. They constantly say they are working on my case and have been saying this for 9 months now. Their lates response to me ( below) on here is not helpful.... nothing is getting done.
