No package and no more money
I ordered a phone from Giztop that never arrived, it was blocked at customs and never delivered to me. I contacted Giztop multiple times for a refund and they simply ignored me. No phone, no money back. I've had similar situations with Amazon and eBay over the years, and I always got refunded without a fight. Giztop, by contrast, seems perfectly happy to take your payment and leave you with nothing when something goes wrong.
