Refund question
This is not so much a review as a question - I have overpaid JJ's house for an order that I made and have emailed them asking for a refund. I am unable to find a phone number to talk to them direct. Have other people received refunds ok? I have now been in contact with this company via email and 'chat' - I have sent them evidence of my overpayments via my bank, they are denying having received these payments and have now asked for confirmation of the overpayments again. I have spoken to my bank who confirm that the payments have been made. I am still trying to get my overpayment back, but I will NEVER use this company again.
