Never Again!!
Avoid like the plague, My daughter has been saving up for the silicone avatar doll on their website for ages, she finally has enough, and the doll they sent is an awful plastic cheap crap. The doll came from China, not the US like you are led to believe, I wouldnt be that bothered, but its children who they are ripping off!! Reply: I already spoke to one of your employees called Jason, who assured me that the doll I was recieving was infact the same as the one in the picture. You can buy the dolls you sent me for £20 on Amazon! You've charged me £80 for it, I know Im not getting my money back, so keep it
