The Biggest FRAUD Ever!! STAY AWAY!
The biggest FRAUD ever!!! Try every way to avoid this website! This shady company runs multiple e-commerce websites in the US selling similar holidays merchandise, and they had so many hidden charges such as VIP service - so called to accelerate your order but they never do! Some of the items are not in stock but they don’t mark it, and you will only know when they finally give you a confirmation email after weeks! They NEVER do customer service, I sent multiple emails and asked where my order is and they told me my item was out of stock and my Christmas gift will be shipped out on 12/31! Are you kidding me?I placed my order in early Dec and hope my friend can get their gift before 12/25, and now you’re saying 12/31?! Is it for next year? I asked them to cancel my order and refund me back because 1) it was all false ads and info 2) I paid for VIP Service but they did nothing but delay my order to 12/31!!! Basically I paid for a delay fee, can you imagine that?! 3) Horrible customer service - never respond, ignored my request of cancellation and continue doing whatever they wanted. I will try every single way to boycott them! And please STAY AWAY from this Hong Kong-based shady company!!!
