K&F Concept I have retracted my statement and given a new review. I had a problem with a brand new tripod. After emailing and messaging for two days, someone did finally answer. While they may be slow to respond if you have an issue, keep at them, they WILL reply. They were so very helpful with my tripod issue, when I felt all was lost and had no hope in fixing it, they came to the rescue. I'm going to give them 4 stars for their help, -1 star for slow response. Thank You K&F Concept for your help. You made my day. :)
