AVOID
Received a damaged dress that can’t be worn and sent pictures to Cicinia. Have since purchased a new one elsewhere as to be honest we weren’t impressed with the quality either and do not wish to pay out to get it fixed. Cicinia have said it must have been damaged by the shipping company despite the packaging being intact and offered us a 50% refund or for US to pay to return it. They’ve also said they’ll only pay when they receive it and not when we post it back and send them proof… which is likely to take weeks as it’s got to get to China. Terrible customer service, AVOID this company. Not yet resolved so I’ll update my review if anything changes to be fair to them but very disappointed so far and really regret ordering from this company. EDIT - Order reference is ZJCN226704UK
