Why are they allowed to trade online?
How can this company continue to trade? They are legitimate but behave like scammers, online theft with the most deceitful tactics. Do not use. This is the first time I've been scammed and lost money and it is devastating and shocking. They were approximately £100 cheaper than booking direct with the hotel, but I ended up losing hundreds (the whole balance) because I did not know that i was dealing with fraudsters. Please take my advice and stay away from them. They ruin your plans and cost you time, money, stress and the unbearable feeling of being scammed. Genuine people like me, do not deserve to be dragged into contact with businesses like this, I do not want to be associated with them - do not use them. The hotel were aware of their behaviour and expressed to only book with them direct.
