Not legit- save yourself the headache
I have it on good authority (and I believe it to be true also) that there's a reason why it takes SO LONG to receive an order from these people....it's because they don't actually stock ANY of the clothes they sell on their website. When they manage to con somebody....ooops, I mean "make a sale'', Dresslily contracts with seamtresses and tailors and small children....ooops, I mean "other people who can sew" and it's at that point that the sewers create your item by following the picture as best as they can... and they earn very little doing it. That's why Dresslily is so upfront with their disclaimers that the clothing "may not have the same shape" but "it will be the same style." So in other words, the sizes will be wildly inconsistent even between the same item, the material may or may not match the color or pattern on the website, and there won't be much shape, form or detail to any of it. All skirts will look like sacks regardless of the design--forget about pleats, pockets, belt loops, actual waistbands, the long flowing maxi skirt or tight pencil skirt- they'll all look pretty much the same- like a sack. And because of Dresslily's disclaimer, they'll be covered (after all, they DID warn that the clothes may not have the same SHAPE as the website pictures, but a sack IS a "style", right?) There are so many legit and local (ie; US) websites that there's no need to mess around with this one, and hopefully, you won't even take that chance. Just not worth the headache!!
