Lifesaver
These guys saved me from getting stuck in Laos without a return train ticket. Originally booked my ticket through another agency but they were unable to secure my ticket and ended up refunding me at the 11th hour. Had to scramble for another option and found Baolau which thankfully was able to assist and was able to confirm my ticket the same day. Excellent customer service and very prompt responses.
