AFFORD YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I never leave reviews for bad service but honestly, DO NOT USE THEM, find any other company! I placed an order Jan. 21st and I knew it would take 1-3 days to print 7-15 to ship, that’s a max of 18 days. On Feb. 11th I looked for tracking info to see how far away it was because if it was close whatever it’s a little late. When I got the link the last update was that it was in CHINA on Feb. 6th. I sent an email and all they did was send me a link. Once I sent an email with further details about when I ordered, how there is no update, this is a Valentine’s gift they replied with “I just got notice that there will be stricter screening at customs”. Yes I’m sure you JUST got notice. I apologized for my skepticism and asked for transparency since I’m sure this isn’t the first time the customs screening came to be an issue. I asked for at least my shipping money back since I clearly didn’t get what I paid for. Didn’t ask for all of it back since I know it’s still a product I would want. I got absolutely no response from them on that part. It’s Feb. 16th, I still don’t have my socks.
