Worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. After 2 weeks since I ordered a tripod directly from their website and the package still has not arrived. UPS and USPs tracking could not indicate where the package is. Customer service refuses to issue a refund because they need a week to investigate whether the package was indeed lost. This would never happen on any product from Amazon and they will easily refund. They are now refusing to communicate and offer any remedy!
