Great workouts from a great coach!
Great selection of multiple types of programs. The main coach (Fabian) is down to earth, funny but also clear in his explanations of how to do the movements. We can see and feel that he wants to simply share his knowledge and passion, one training at a time. He reminds us frequently to compare us to ourself only, and maintain a great posture while training is a basic, yet important notion.
