I bought a MINI DV - model M3 camera for my daughter Christmas. 3 days since Christmas, my daughter couldn't get it to link to her smart phone and the unit worked poorly. Lots of software glitches, touch screen flipping upside down. Then my other two adult daughters could not get it to work according to the marketing specifications. I called Kentfaith via live chat tool, no answer. Next day they emailed to say that I must show them a video of the problem. How cheeky is that they will not honour the Australian consumer law even I asked for a refund. I checked Aliexpress and saw the same product being priced for a quarter of what I paid to KentFaith and that product is unbranded. I realised that I have been scammed on paying higher price for that "Aliexpress" rubbish. Also I gathered that KentFaith Australia is not inside Australia but products are posted from Asia. BEWARE on buying inferior products that are being posted from unknown country. They do not care about customer's satisfaction.
