I am a first time customer to OGL-Bonnie made me a loyal fan
I am a first time customer to OGL. As a petite person, I rarely buy clothes online and never from an unknown company. The pieces were of surprisingly good quality for the prices and some have already become favorite pieces in my wardrobe. I will need to hem some pants though. There were a few that didn't fit well despite ordering the same size as the others that did. I was initially very upset about the return policy and suspicious this company was a scam but Bonnie was an outstanding representative of the company. I was planning to never order from OGL again but her proactive management of my concerns and ensuring my full satisfaction was the best I've ever experienced from a company!!! I've realized that OGL IS a LEGIT company that genuinely cares about their clients. I've gone on to order again. Bonnie changed one disgruntled one-time customer to a loyal fan of the OGL brand that plans to keep ordering. Thank you Bonnie!
