All in all, an ok experience
All in all, I’ve had an ok experience. Customer service is great, and very fast at getting back to you. The quality of the dresses are great, but the sizing is completely off. I’ve had my bridesmaids measured, ordered the dresses they ‘should’ fit into, and all but 1 were way too big. I exchanged 3 for sizes 1-2 sizes smaller, and 1 dress came back what seems the exact same size as before. So going to have to buy a whole new dress as I have already exchanged once. The price is around what I would have probably spent anyway if I was to use a bridal store, but it’s just annoying to have to stress about it in the first place when the sizing should be more accurate. I’ll be happy in the end with my purchase, but I’ve spent probably £200 more than I wanted or intended to, because I don’t want 1 of my bridesmaids being uncomfortable in a dress that is 4 sizes too big for her.
