Run around if needed to return a purchase
I purchased it thinking it could remove an iBook DRM and it couldn't. I sent their customer service a message saying that I would like a refund 30 minutes after purchasing and they have been going back and forth with me, telling me that their software can not unlock iBook (which I now know) and have not yet mentioned the return process despite. Hopeful that they will return the software soon otherwise will have to take other measures.
