Hello Ship7, I do appreciate your assistance and help in the previous complain. You cared and fixed the issue. However, the same scenario is repeated again!! Another order was lost & it seems no one cares or the customer service needs to be more efficient. As since i sent the email, they only say it is not found, however the package was delivered!! If we can track what happened last time, we might find it. Please give attention to my packages as we paid a lot to get these items shipped safely. It is our right to get a good service.
