wrong intake plug connection.
Your service is ok but my Reliance generator transfer switch has the wrong 4 prong twist lock plug installed in it. The one prong that is L shaped is shaped in wrong direction than the standard direction that most generators use . The generator cord I purchased does not fit into the transfer switch inlet plug. But my cord fits my Honda generator. 👎
