ZeusX banned me for using Discord and lost 2k $
I sold my E7 account for 2160$, the deal went all smoothly, I fully give access to my account, the buyer very happy with the account, he give me max rating and after the deal we even keep being friends on Discord, invited him on my Discord community etc and after 2 days, I woke up with the message "Your account has been blocked due to: suspended due to attempt to deal offsite_WggVXw8ayxXH_130425." because we keep in touch and talked on Discord and the only reason they did this is because my 2k$ was still on hold by them and banning me means they keep my money, I talk with the guy I sold the account and he is not banned and all good on his end, they only banned me just to keep my money, so I basically lost my 7 years old E7 account and 2k$. I send them an email back to see if they actually scammed me or unban me and I'll let you know what they did. And conveniently enough after 2 days the buyer cant refund either and they ban me exactly after 2 days.. If they wanna ban me from their site they are free to do it so, but I want my money I got from the account I sold with 0 issues and the buyer and is very happy with the purchase, is very scummy to find reasons to ban someone just to keep they money you hold from them just coz we talked on Discord which by the way they have Discord built in into their site and is very misleading. Edit: They unbanned me and grant me 1 time exception, my money still on hold though, gonna fully update my post when I withdraw my money. Edit 2: Banning for using Discord is very misleading, there is literally Discord link built up into your site and even when you mention Discord on your site it only give you a fair warning that you can get scammed and you wont dispute what happens there, not even close to a real warning and that is banable etc. Edit 3: They hold my money for almost 2 weeks and in the end they suspended my deal for no reason and banned me.
