Honest review
I only wrote a positive review so they would hopefully send me SOMETHING. It didn't work so I'm going to be completely honest on my feedback. I've been miserable ever since I began to shop here at Oyrosy. They won't sell you what you actually ordered. They wait 2 months and then tell you it's sold out please choose from their old products. By cancelling your coupons you pay full price for stuff you'd never ever order. It is ALL a big huge scam. I have put in 7 orders I haven't received any of the 20 or so items. I get second rate replacements every time. It's been a nightmare. I wish I could have all my money back and never have seen Oyrosy in my life. Scam artists 1000%

Hell to pay
Hello ladies. This company advertises many many super cute items. I have yet to receive one item I actually ordered, even though I ordered them on the 1st day, sometimes a few mere hours after they've dropped. Out of roughly 7 orders, I have never once received what was advertised. I use their coupons but in the replacement process bcz everything supposedly sold out, I lose the coupon and have to pay full price for second-rate stuff I would never spend money on. There doesn't seem to be any way to actually receive what I order. 2 months after I order, I am always, every time, told to choose a replacement and pay full price for it. I keep giving them chances to actually do one thing right but I am at my wits end. Losing the coupons while choosing replacements irks me the most! That is beside never receiving what I order. And also, after an item sells out, they just keep it up on the website for days or weeks collecting folks' money, knowing theyll never fulfill those orders. It is an absolute mess of a company. Customer service seems to be nice but nothing ever works out. I ordered starting January and all 6 orders nothing received. I'm an idiot for trusting them as long as I have. I've paid full price for replacements I would never really buy. It's terrible and I'm heavily invested. Stuck in a nightmare. Don't purchase from this company. If you like having your peace of mind do NOT deal with them at all. Take my advice.

Everything is up in the air...?
Everything is not going okay. There are many items I have to wait for production but I am trying to learn how to be more patient and trust the process. I just can't seem to get the item I order. I keep having to choose a replacement and the replacements are all at full price. So all the rewards and 50% off coupons I have earned don't really actually get me anywhere. I lose coupon choosing replacements I'd never buy! It's quite saddening to be honest...thinking I have this great hot new outfit coming and then months later I'm told it's out of stock. It keeps happening over and over. My trust is breaking...

Every time I use a coupon of any kind…
Every time I use a coupon of any kind my orders are cancelled. Shopify allows you to earn petal point but be damned if you use them. I've been sorely cancelled on all my favorite items..even on replacements I choose. I think it's bcz I use the coupons they give me for spending thousands of dollars. I'm being played a fool but I await more western styles if they ever choose to put out anything new. So far I can't get my hands on the best items. Pay full price peoples perhaps you won't be shunned the way I have.

Excellent Shopping Experience
What makes my experience great is the items themselves. The styles are so attractive and the customer service too is very prompt and kind. I've never had issue, and I'm happy with every single item thus far. Great store but they sell out of the best styles way too quickly. So one must act very quickly if you want a really hot- ticket item.
