Scammers
Scammers. They "lose" my orders and refund me only 10%, even if I bought insurance. My orders always had missing items, and they told me I cannot prove they didn't send them. Last issue was I made my order and they offered a fake tracking number to try to scam me, I discovered it was tracking of another user. By the conversation I had with them was on purpose. WORST shopping service even, never but, BEWARE.
