Got refund but struggled to get the time stamp right
I’ve bought the stuff without looking into reviews: all the 5 stars are from very naive people just excited about the website or the online process but all were still waiting for delivery! All the 1 star reviews are from people highly disappointed about the poor quality of the product… I’ve managed to apply for cancellation within the 24 hour window but they disputed the time print on the email: they have been playing around they own mailing systems clock.. Nonetheless I’ve managed to get refund on my Amex with just 10% processing fee.. better than most. So overall it is a real business, clearly china based and not US… cannot comment on the quality of the product as have stopped the order but there was not a single positive review on the quality…it must be real crap stuff. Stupid me for not having looked into more details in advance
