I find it sometime very difficult to log in at times and I am not getting that my password is wrong or my user name I sometimes have to click on a few things then it logs me in! Also it takes too long to get the right answers when I have to keep repeating my questions where it can take months to get the right answers in witch is very frustrating to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!!
