Never buy a light fixture. They ignore you when you need replacement globes. 5 messages sent no response. They are a custom size. ubject: Replacement globes needed quantity 4 3rd request 4th email sent Hello Joss & Main Customer Service, I own the Newport 12-Light Sputnik Modern Linear Chandelier (SKU J000814289), and one of the white opal (milk glass) globes has broken. I have already contacted Wayfair customer service but was unable to obtain a replacement, so I am reaching out directly to see if Joss & Main can assist. I am looking to purchase replacement globes with the following specifications: White opal (milk glass) 5.25” diameter 5.12” height 1.65” (42 mm / 1-5/8”) fitter opening If this replacement globe is available, I would be happy to purchase it. If it is no longer available, could you please provide: The manufacturer of the fixture, The replacement part number for the globe, or Any information on where I can obtain the exact replacement.
