At first I thought it was great as I send parcels internationally and it's good to get detailed information on one site and it also stores the tracking numbers. However, it is not that accurate - the visual "tick" system was showing parcels as delivered/ i thought great! No need to think about that parcel now. But I soon realised that this wasn't always the case - it was delivered to the next postal depot in the receiving country not the customer's address. You need to look at your visual display - its not working properly. I have given 3 stars as I think it can be improved. I will not be signing up to anything looking at a recent review of selling off private information - illegal in EU
