Working with Global Industrial was all and all a great experience. They had what my organization needed and got it to us in a very timely manner. My only critique of them is that there was not one person who I could follow up with concerning my order. I worked with at least 3 customer care reps during my order. I know this is a large company and they have a lot of orders going on throughout the country, but having a single person to work with from beginning to end is always a nice touch. Otherwise, things went pretty well.
