My booking reference number is CHK-5304987. I called the Customer Service officer for asking the enquiry about the cancellation on 15 February 2020.I understood the general procedure for Cheaptickets to cancel the booking for free. However, since this time is a special case (because of the Novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV)). The CS officer said that she can waive the ticket and provide full refund if the airline can allow to cancel the ticket for free. Therefore, your staff asked me to send email to get the reply from Finnair, I sent the email to Finnair and got the approval from them. The reply of Finnair was sent to you on 18 February 2020 and a follw up email was sent to you on 2 March 2020 today. Please reply me through the email or phone ASAP. I would like to know the procedure of how to cancel my ticket and get refund (The total refund amount should be HKD$22,280 and no sevice charge or admin cost). Thankyou.
