New insurance is cheaper than renew
I am not sure why is it that it is cheaper to register for a new car insurance with you than to renew my current one using your loyalty email quote. Does not make me feel very valued as proclaimed by your email offers. I also have problems retrieving my details to automatically populate the fields while buying the insurance. I could not use the SMS OTPs recieved as the system keeps saying that the OTP has expired. Does not bode well for a company that prides selling through online.
