Utter rip off, and customer service couldn't be more unhelpful
Tried to order customised inserts and covers, order came back with standard size. Chatted to customer service, sent pics with exact dimensions BEFORE I agreed to the order and despite being assured these measurements would be used rather than the ones on the confirmation, I received the standard size (I hold my hand up here to being naive in thinking they would be competent in amending their mistake). Tried resolving with customer services who wilfully ignore the facts, including emails, pictures and ultimately videos of their mistake. On top of this, because I'd ordered bespoke (and didn't receive bespoke), the price I paid was over 50% above the website price. They offered me £30 store credit as 'compensation'. This company is a rip off and I would urge any prospective customer to steer clear.
