I have been on hold twice with the company today for 30 + minutes. I am waiting to confirm my order. I have to everything sent in by 3:00 tomorrow but I can't get ahold of anyone to download my needed documents. Disappointed and very frustrated with the customer service. Hoping I will not lose my money.
