Flex never paid my rent and ended up costing me late fees
I gave Flex the money needed to pay my rent at the beginning of August, and then the middle of August. At the end of the month, I got a notification that my rent hasn't been paid and 145.00 in late fees was added onto my rent. I called Flex, and while they were willing to give back my original rent money, they were not able to tell me why they never paid my rent nor did they care that their mess up ended up costing me more money. They certainly weren't going to help cover the cost of their mistake. Ended my membership right there. Why would I pay them if they're just going to screw me over?
