edit: they refunded me,from 1 star to 4 stars,i don't like id card required i hope they refund me #18707718 and i'll change from 1 star to something better weird part is that this order doesn't exist on my offgamers account anymore they deleted the order,not cancelled i cancelled order after 30 min(they had a timer) not receiving my xbox gift cards and receiving emails that they want my id card even in cancelling order they kept saying to send them an id card i had already 5 orders succesfull at them in 7 months i buyed in july2020 all good,in august 2020 after i payed them they give me an email they want my id card there is no notice in advance about this thing,i wouldn't bothered to order if i knew i asked cancelling my order cause i didn't received the xbox gift cards they deleted my order,it's like i never maded,i have saved my emails from them i always receive a temporary and unique sms code from my bank for every tranzaction i want to make to be approved every succefull tranzaction despite it's approved from me it appears 2-4 days as unsettled tranzaction and after those 2-4 days it appears that tranzaction was succesfull usually i get refunded in a week cause this thing happened on instant gaming where i buyed from them for 3 years and one day they requested my id card also i look at my bank account every day and it says unsettled tranzaction untill 5 september what happens from 5 september i don't know cause usually i get refunded in a week,not in 14 working days
