The Worse
I have called Rosegal several times today (hung up on by the only employee)spoke to Carlo who is very rude. I purchased my items on 2/9/2020 Z2002091147513889. This company advertises items will be shipped in 7 to 14 days. It is exactly 30 days later and I have NOT received my items. Needless to say I will never recommend this company and will exhaust all measures afforded to me to inform any and all customers of your false advertising, extremely poor customer service and lack of staff to resolve this matter. I am submitting this in writing as a formal request for a refund. You have not supplied me with the merchandise to which you were paid for. Your company needs to be shut down immediately. I dont want the items as the event i purchased them for has come and gone. I will also be notifying Facebook of your poor service and request they remove you as a vendor. WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER
