They promote their product as - "This is a 1-computer lifetime license" - "You get lifetime free upgrades" Yet when I enquired as to why I am not getting upgraded to v6 they respond - "PDF 5 and PDF 6 are 2 different programs now. " Arrogant & appalling! iSkySoft cannot be trusted.
