I have started this journey at August 2019. Today (11.03.2020.) i went to the optometrist and today perscription is: LE: -0.75 cyl (175°) no sph RE: -1.75 cyl (10°) no sph My old prescription is: LE: -1.00 cyl (175°) no sph RE: -2.25 cyl (10°) no sph After about 7 months i am very happy with results
