Ordered a Himiko Yoga cosplay for halloween as I didn't have time to make or source individual pieces, which is not a complex costume. £70 ON SALE and what turned up was thin plastic material permanently crinkled, the shirt too short to tuck into a skirt, myriad loose threads on every part and an unweable mask (what kind of face mask has 1 inch THICK elastic straps?!). With the £30 express shipping that could not have been a bigger waste of £100.
The shipping information page claims "free EXPRESS delivery over $99". If you add that amount to cart the cart page informs you that you've earned FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING. If you proceed to checkout FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING is an option to select. There are 4 (paid) express shipping services offered with different companies that have different shipping times. 2 are 3-5 working days, 1 is 3-7 and the last 4-7. "Free Express Shipping" doesn't have an estimated time and there's no indication of what service is used. I needed a package for Halloween and the 3-5 day services would get here for sure but there's a chance something with a 7 day window won't, so I asked Customer Service which one it was. The response came back that they do not offer Free Express Shipping. I'm glad I thought to confirm instead of just risking it - I just almost WASTED over $100 on an order with promised "free express" that would have been sent 15-20 working day standard and got here in 6 weeks...
