See your reply to me below - you might want to educate your own Customer Service about your policy as clearly they are not aware that full refunds are required to comply with UK law, right to return for whatever reason! Even on the floryclothe website, it's not the case. You might want to look at that ....

Returns, customer service, everything is bad
Ordered 4 items, one was cancelled and only reimbursed for partially (even though not my fault they couldn't deliver 4 items as offered). 3 eventually arrived , but late so trying to send one back as far too big. And now they are stalling .... not good enough
