If l could give a minus l would. I will never use this company again. I ordered two “horseshoe” wind chimes which arrived too late for Christmas, which fortunately saved me considerable embarrassment as they were intended as gifts but were of so poor quality l could not use them. Advertised as a horseshoe with nails, l received an “article” consisting of two pieces of pressed tin which were held together with a few “spot welds”. I contacted the sellers who said that they would refund me if l returned the parts to China, (despite the return address on the packages being in London), this would have cost me approximately twice the cost of the items so would have been a very costly negative outcome for me. The other option l was given was to accept £2 in lieu of compensation and keep the pieces of tin! Fortunately l paid via PayPal and they provided a full refund to me.
