Improved After a Little Public Encouragement
Update: After my original review, a tracking number magically appeared — apparently all it needed was a public performance to materialize. The package showed up a couple of days later, which was honestly faster than I expected at that point. And yes, the free gift did make its grand entrance too, so credit where it’s due. The ending was much better than the beginning, even if the plot twist required a little nudge. ============================= Placed my order on December 1, with their promise of shipping in 1–3 days. Cute promise — except nothing shipped. Instead, I got copy‑paste replies about “exceptionally high volume of Black Friday promotion orders.” Translation: we didn’t plan ahead, but we’ll pretend this is normal. Then customer service assured me my order would be delivered on December 17. Delivered! Except… no tracking, no package, no surprise. Today is December 18, and I’m still waiting, though I must admit the suspense is almost theatrical. And let’s not forget the complimentary gift they like to mention — according to other reviews, it has a habit of vanishing somewhere between promise and reality. I suppose mine will be joining that tradition. The attitude is just as bad as the logistics. I was even considering subscribing — but why subscribe to a service that can’t even ship what you already paid for? If this is “professional,” I’d hate to see amateur hour.
