Correcting an error in a timely manner
I originally ordered four shirts, then ordered 1. The four shirts took approximately 2 weeks, the one shirt when first delivered took less than one week, but it was accidentally made backwards. I contacted the company immediately and Krystal worked with me the same day to reorder the shirt at no added expense to me, and it was redelivered within the week. Everyone loved the shirts. I thank Krystal for the work she did to make the teachers happy with their shirts.
