normaly got 5 stars but turned bad this time
so i booked a Mythic run again with a loot guarantee of 3. got 1 item. after the raid i got in a discussion with the support. "at this boss you can not get 3 items". so i think it goes for wrong advertising. ive got a view runs with them and normaly all got well. but this one is horrible. even starting to discuss. if its wrong advertised its not the customers fault. now thinking about switching to another service... sadly
